Comprehensive Community Planning (CCP) 101

This webinar is a crash course in Indigenous Comprehensive Community Planning (CCP) – a holistic, community-driven approach to long-term planning used by hundreds of First Nations across so-called-Canada.

In this webinar we will talk about how a CCP fits into the “Ecosystem of Indigenous Planning” – how it differs from a strategic plan, workplan, Official Community Plan and other types of plans. We will talk about the four phases of a CCP process and key do’s and don’ts, and we will share lots of resources and helpful tips.

BCALM endeavors to assist member First Nations to improve proficiency in the ongoing development, implementation and monitoring of First Nation Land Management practices. Having the competency and confidence can lead to opting into more advanced land management regimes by First Nations.
