DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for the BCALMA Annual General Meeting (AGM)\, taking place January 27-28\, 2026\, from 9:00am to 4:00pm hosted at the River Rock Casino Resort Richmond\, BC. View the flyer.  \nThis year’s theme\, “Cultivating Wellness: Strengthening People\, Lands\, and Communities”\, highlights our shared commitment to accountability\, wellness\, and strong land stewardship. Together\, we will: \n\nReview the Annual Report and audited financial statements\nElect three new Board of Directors to guide our future direction\nReflect on wellness for self\, land\, and organizations—recognizing that strong land management begins with healthy leaders and healthy Nations\n\n📄 Expression of Interest – Community Presentations\nAttached to this email is an Expression of Interest form for those who would like to share the work their community is doing. We encourage members to highlight initiatives\, successes\, and lessons that strengthen our collective journey in land management and wellness. \nAdvanced Nominations \nAttached to this email are the forms for any members who would like to do advanced Nominating of members for the Directors. Advanced Nominating forms are required to be submitted by January 20\, 2025.  The following forms that are as follows: \n\nBCALM Nomination Form 2026\nBCALM Seconder Nomination Form 2026\nBCALM Nomination Acceptance Form 2026\n\nRegister here: https://forms.office.com/r/w3Xsa1B9zV \nSponsorship of up to $3\,000 per First Nation is available.
